Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Bookkeeping and Office Operations Support. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing essential bookkeeping services to our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including but not limited to, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll processing.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software.
  • Assist with the preparation of financial reports and statements.
  • Manage office administrative tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.
  • Coordinate with clients and vendors to resolve inquiries and ensure timely payment processing.
  • Assist in maintaining office supplies and equipment inventory.
  • Support other team members with various administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or office administration preferred.
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or Xero.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in bookkeeping or accounting is a plus.
